Marinated Salmon on Cedar Plank Serves 2-4

  •   2-4, 5 oz salmon portions, skin on
  •   2 tbsp soy sauce
  •  2 tbsp rice wine vinegar
  •  1⁄2 tbsp minced garlic
  • 1⁄2 tbsp minced ginger

● 1 tbsp mirin (optional)
● 2 tsp toasted sesame oil
● 2 scallions, thinly sliced plus more for garnish

Marinated salmon by combining ingredients and pouring over salmon. Marinate at room temp for 20-30 mins or refrigerate up to overnight. Salmon can be smoked over soaked cedar plank on a grill at 350F for 15-20 mins and finished in a 400F oven. You can also grill the salmon on Wolf Charbroiler, skin side down, for 5-7 minutes then finish in a 400F oven. You can also place marinated salmon on a sheet pan and roast in 400F Wolf Oven for 12-15 minutes depending on desired doneness.

Place marinade in a small saucepan and reduce gently over medium high heat until 3 tablespoons or so remain. Remove from heat and drizzle over salmon. Top with sliced scallions.
