White & Dark Chocolate Covered Strawberries

White Chocolate Covered Strawberries

1. Place two White Chocolate Bars in a small saucepan, place on Wolf Induction Burner on Melt Feature. (one of your Induction Burners will have MLT initials on the temperature control panel)

2. Let cook on melt for 1 hour, stir with a rubber spatula to smooth out. (Can hold for hours on Melt Feature)

3. Dredge Strawberries in White Chocolate, coat well will need to rotate 3 times.

4. Gently lift Strawberry out of Chocolate, let the remaining Chocolate drain off of Strawberry.

5. Place Chocolate Covered Strawberry on Baking Sheet covered with Parchment Paper, sprinkle with toppings of choice. (Crushed Oreos, crushed Macadamia nuts, crushed Peanuts)

6. You can melt Dark Chocolate on Melting Feature, place in small Ziplock Bag, cut a small corner off of Ziplock bag to drizzle over Strawberry after it is coated with White Chocolate.

7. Place in Sub-Zero Refrigerator to cool and set for 8 minutes, serve and enjoy!


Dark Chocolate Covered Strawberries

1. Place two Dark Chocolate Bars in a small saucepan, place on Wolf Dual Fuel 9,200 BTU Dual Stacked Burner. (Smallest Burner on Wolf Dual Fuel and Wolf Range top).

2. Cook on Simmer/Low, be sure to use the Simmer Feature on a gas burner for gentle warming.

3. Let cook on melt for 1 hour, stir with a rubber spatula to smooth out. (Can hold for hours on Melt Feature)

4. Dredge Strawberries in Dark Chocolate, coat well will need to rotate 3 times.

5. Gently lift Strawberry out of Chocolate, let the remaining Chocolate drain off of Strawberry.

6. Place Chocolate Covered Strawberry on Baking Sheet covered with Parchment Paper, sprinkle with toppings of choice. (Crushed Oreos, crushed Macadamia nuts, crushed Peanuts)

7. You can melt White Chocolate on Melting Feature, place in small Ziplock Bag, cut a small corner off of Ziplock bag to drizzle over Strawberry after it is coated with Dark Chocolate.

8. Place in Sub-Zero Refrigerator to cool and set for 8 minutes, serve and enjoy!
