Chef Brandie Wininger
Brandie moved to St. Louis in 2013 from Georgia where she attended culinary school. After seeing a need for corporate catering in St. Louis, she founded Nosh, LLC offering a protein and veggie centric menu. She has taught cooking classes for the Dierbergs School of Cooking as well as Vom Fass. Aside from sourcing unique ingredients for her menus, Brandie spends her time reading about and implementing new flavor combinations to continue to make each meal an exciting experience.
