Buffalo Chicken Cheese Bread

Buffalo chicken cheese bread is a great appetizer and party snack. It is a simple recipe to throw together but is filled with strong flavor.

  • 8 ounce block cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup blue cheese
  • 1/2 cup Franks Red Hot Sauce
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella
  • 2 cups chicken, shredded
  • 1 loaf French bread, cut in half long ways


In a mixer or by hand, combine softened cream cheese, blue cheese, shredded chicken, and hot sauce. Mix until the hot sauce is well incorporated. Scrape the sides of the bowl with a rubber spatula.

Slice the French bread in half and put on a half sheet pan with the cut side facing up.

Spread the buffalo chicken cheese spread onto the bread evenly about a 1/4-inch thick. Top with the shredded mozzarella.

Place the bread in the Wolf Speed Oven and turn on the Broil Mode for 10 minutes. Let the cheese bread broil until the cheese starts to brown on top.

Remove from the oven and let sit for 5 minutes. Top with scallions, slice, and enjoy.
