Introduction

Banana Bread is a quick bread perfectly cooked in the Wolf Speed Oven. Banana Bread is a great recipe for using up old bananas that have gotten too brown to enjoy plain. Feel free to add raisins, chocolate chips, or any other goodies to add more flavor.

  • 8 tablespoons butter at room temperature
  • 3/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs, lightly beaten

Instructions

Preheat the Wolf Speed Oven on Convection Mode to 375°F.

In a mixing bowl, cream together 8 tablespoons of softened butter and 3/4 cup sugar.

Add bananas to the mixture and mash bananas with a fork until they are the consistency of chunky applesauce. Add vanilla, 2 eggs, flour, and baking soda. Add in toasted walnuts.

Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan. Cook the banana bread on the bottom rack for 40 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.

Let the banana bread rest for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool.
