Convection Steam Roasted Lemon Broccoli

Ingredients
- 2 crowns of broccoli, cut up into smaller pieces
- 2 Tablespoons lemon olive oil
- 1 Tablespoon Kosher salt
- 1 Teaspoon black pepper
- 1 lemon
Instructions
Set the Wolf Convection Steam Oven to Steam Mode at 400°F.
Spray perforated pan with non-stick spray.
Put broccoli into bowl and drizzle lemon olive oil over broccoli.
Lay broccoli on perforated pan. Season broccoli with salt and pepper.
Place perforated pan in Wolf Convection Steam Oven in position 3. Set timer for 18 minutes.
Take broccoli out and place in bowl. Drizzle with lemon olive oil and zest with lemon. Serve.
