Ingredients

  • 8 scoops ice cream
  • 8 ounces Disaronno
  • 8 shots espresso
  • 4 rolled wafer cookies

Instructions

In a shaker, add 8 ounces of Disaronno.

Brew 4 double shots of espresso in the Wolf Coffee System and add to the shaker.

Scoop 2 scoops of ice cream into 4 glasses.

Pour espresso mixture over ice cream and garnish with a cookie.
