Ingredients

  • 12 ounces linguine, reserve 1 cup of pasta water
  • 2 Tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 pinch chili flakes
  • 1 cup diced tomatoes, canned or fresh
  • 1 cup white wine
  • 13 ounces chopped clams, two 6.5-ounce cans
  • 2 Tablespoons butter
  • 2 Tablespoons chopped parsley
  • salt and freshly ground black pepper
  • Parmesan cheese, grated
  • lemon wedges, for serving
