Warm Chocolate Lava Cakes with Strawberry Sauce

- 8 ounces of unsalted butter
- 12 ounces bittersweet chocolate
- 4 whole eggs
- 4 egg yolks
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 4 tablespoons flour
Sauce
- 1 cup strawberries
- 1/2 cup sugar
Instructions
Preheat the Wolf Speed Oven to 400°F.
Melt butter and chocolate in a pan on low, stirring to incorporate the butter in the chocolate.
In a mixing bowl, whisk together your sugar and all of the eggs.
Once the butter and chocolate are melted, slowly whisk into the egg and sugar mixture, one cup at a time.
Sift and mix your flour into the egg and chocolate mixture.
Grease a ramekin or tin cooking cup and fill 3/4 of the way with the batter.
Cook in the preheated Wolf Speed Oven on Micro Bake Mode at 400°F for 11 minutes.
Let the sauce cool before serving.
Sauce
Dice strawberries and add to a bowl. Stir in 1/2 cup of sugar and let sit for 30 minutes.
Add strawberries to a pot and bring to a simmer for 10 minutes.
Let the sauce cool before serving.
